Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns on perfumes that remain in their original, unopened packaging.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or our dedicated helpline within 7 days of receiving your order to log your return or exchange request.
- 2.Quality Verification
Share clear photographs or a short video of the product and its original packaging to help our team verify the condition and the reason for return.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the perfume securely in its original box and outer shipping carton to prevent any leakage or damage during the return transit.
- 4.Pickup and Refund
Our logistics partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and upon successful inspection at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
